Our promise

This site belongs to Jessica and Tomide. It exists for one reason: to celebrate our wedding with the people we love. Anything you share here stays between us, our trusted vendors, and you.

What we collect

• RSVP details you submit (name, email, guest count, song requests, dietary notes, and similar).
• Anonymous prompts you type into the Ask Us chat (an AI assistant). These are not stored as personal messages to us.
• Basic, non-identifying analytics so we know the site is working (page views, device type).

How we use it

• To plan and host our wedding.
• To share confirmed details (like the full date and venue) with guests who RSVP.
• To reply to your questions.

That is it. No marketing lists. No newsletters. No resale.

We do not train AI on your information

Your RSVP responses, names, and any other details you give us will never be used to train, fine tune, or improve any AI model. We do not sell, license, or share your information with AI companies for training purposes. The Ask Us chat is an AI assistant that answers common questions about the wedding; your prompts are not retained for model training.

Who sees your information

• Us (Jessica and Tomide).
• Our RSVP partner, RSVPify, which processes RSVP submissions on our behalf.
• A small number of trusted vendors who need specific details (for example, the caterer for dietary needs).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

Wedding day photos and video

Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the day. Photos may be shared privately with guests after the wedding. If you would prefer not to appear in any shared photos or video, just let us know and we will respect that.

Keeping the date private

The exact wedding date and venue address are intentionally kept off the public site. Full details are shared only with confirmed guests through RSVP. Please keep them private and avoid posting them on social media before the day.

Security

We use reputable services to host this site and process RSVPs, and we keep your information only as long as we need it for the wedding. After the celebration, we will remove information we no longer need.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to make the site work and to understand basic traffic. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you have shared with us at any time. Just send us a direct message on Instagram at @jt.forever.

Children

This site is intended for our adult guests. RSVPs that include children are handled by the parent or guardian submitting them.
